Colorado Springs has been home to Ed and Renee Behr since the early 80’s. Ed was born and raised in New Jersey and Renee in Michigan. Ed and Renee are very involved in the community, with Renee being the lead parent for the class of 2007 at The Classical Academy, an incredible District 20 charter school. Ed and Renee founded “A Daughter’s Heart”, a non-profit ministry created to help foster the relationship between fathers and daughters. Their three children are involved in ice hockey, lacrosse, wake-boarding, snow skiing and the arts. | Ed has been selling real estate locally since 1985 and Renee teamed up with him to help with the marketing and assisting their clients. Ed has continued his real estate education by earning the (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist and (GRI) Graduate REALTORS® Institute. He is an expert with 1031-Tax Deferred Exchange and owns several rental properties to identify easier with the investor.
