Born and raised in a military family, I understand the dynamics and challenges of moving - whether it is across the city or across the country. I studied at the University of Madrid and the University of Colorado, earning a BA in English. I moved to Colorado Springs in 1996, and achieved my Colorado Real Estate license nearly 5 years ago. Therefore, I have seen the economy go from a strong market to a stabilizing market, and back up again. During this time, I worked with some of the top agents in the state as an assistant, buyer agent, or sales partner. My experiences with some of the top companies and agents in the Pikes Peak region have blessed me with knowledge beyond my years and an abundance of clients from many different economic and social backgrounds.
I am currently a Broker Associate with the Dean Weissman Team at The Platinum Group, REALTORS®. Dean Weissman ranks in the top 2% of all REALTORS® in the city, and together we are a very successful team. We partnered so one of us is always available to serve our clients. We provide great marketing ideas to all of our sellers. |
I sincerely enjoy guiding buyers and sellers through the home purchasing or selling process, and will continue to do so for many years to come as over 90% of my business is client referral or past clients. The housing market over the last few years has pushed me to become more aggressive and creative to sell my listings and get the best price for my buyers.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy running, skiing, and hiking. Colorado offers many of these activities and so much more. I ran the Pikes Peak Ascent in 2004 and won for the women in my age division. My husband and I live in the northern part of the county where we are active in our church and within the community.
For all your real estate needs, please call me. I truly enjoy assisting and advocating for both buyers and sellers to make their transitions as smooth as possible!
