Kim Schultz is proud to be a member of the McLain Group at the Platinum Group Realtors. She has lived in Colorado Springs for over ten years, and truly loves the lifestyle that this beautiful part of the country offers.
Kim’s family is her joy and strength in life. She met her wonderful husband, Mark, when she first moved to Colorado, and they try to enjoy the outdoors as much as they can by skiing, running, biking, and gardening. They have a beautiful dog that is a great companion in all of their outdoor endeavors. Kim’s parents are also transplants to Colorado Springs, and her brother is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and now a pilot for the Air National Guard.
Kim attended Duke University in Durham, N.C. and majored in Music and History. Before joining the real estate profession, Kim taught in the Colorado Springs public schools as a high school choral director for seven years. She is a church musician, and a private piano and voice teacher.
Kim is a certified EcoBroker, which means she has additional training in energy-efficient and eco-friendly aspects of local Colorado Springs homes. She is a member of the Women’s Club of Colorado Springs and is an active volunteer with the Downtown Partnership and the Colorado Springs Conservation Corps.
